Title: QMB Crash & FMB issues [Solved]

Hey guys
I installed the CUP mod last night and came across two problems.
1) My first problem is that my QMB will not load and eventually CTD. In my log i noticed a two failures to load a file (no clue what it is) and a chunk where it says **bigship unknown...
Will post the bits and pieces to my log but if someone needs the entire log let me know and i can get it to you.

2)So instead of using the QMB i used the FMB to start flying yesterday. While using the FMB the upper left portion of the screen moved to a different part of my screen and made it impossible do anything in the FMB.

When then please name them so we can reproduce this.

I quickly created a mission flying the F-4 Phantom with a carrier. After flying that whenever i tried to edit or create a new mission the layout of the screen gets messed up and i can no longer edit or click play. This continues even after restarting game and computer.

Hmm ... just a quick shot, try to delete the file "last.quick" in the main/quicks folder.

I totally forgot that i didnt use a 100% clean copy of Il2 when I installed the mod. That was the problem with my QMB. Man i feel dumb. Thanks Gerax

Now for my FMB problem

This is what i meant by screen moves around. Just a standard mission with the player flying (in this case flying an A-4) and an enemy plane (which is now under that part of the screen). Just randomly does this when i click. Like i said it becomes impossible to select anything after this happens.

The log you put in reply#8 looks like 4.13m (RC4) game's one.

C.U.P. has to be installed on 4.12.2m game, no other versions.

I think that version mismatching makes your problems.

i remember this bug, its the 'famous' FMB bug.
AFAIR its reported for some planes like the
Halifax (but was solved there), the Wellington,
109B (?), SM.79  (?), sorry, had not the time to
search for all of them.

but maybe what you get is a new variant?
have to investigate this closer ..
