Gorgeous work as always Ranwers, always heartwarming and touching to see one's 3D work rather than ported content!

Waw ! ! !    Master Ranwers
Thank you, thank you very much for this expected child of Tadeusz Soltyk.
The whole Warsaw system trained on Czechoslovakian dolphins. even the USSR.
Only we had our " Iskra" and we dispelled it.
 Bravo, man.
May the good God guide you on the sunny side of life.

                                                                             Much, much health.

How about that, he had a bigger career in the Luftwaffe than in the Polish Air Force:

Welcome

I think you need to get started with the skins. There are so many beautiful and interesting versions of painting Iskra.

To be clear, this is only a request - proposal

Same here. It is because the aircraft uses the L39 cockpit. Really needs the L39Z or the L139 cockpits, which were corrected in Flashpoint to include a sight.

You are a master, Mr. Ranwers Beautiful and long-awaited plane. However, the cockpit should be replaced - this one does not look like Iskra at all, add a sight and make a certain correction under the wings, behind the main landing gear.

Mr. Yaro59: The Żubr bomber has never flown in the Luftwaffe. This is a legend that historians have dealt with a long time ago

Mr. Rector, when writing about the aircraft LWS-6 "Żubr" I used these sources, I do not think that they were written by people who do not know the history of Polish aviation. Although repeating untruths and myths happens to historians, unfortunately:

However, a few of them ended up in the hands of the Germans. Paradoxically, the Luftwaffe training units used the "Żubr" longer than the Polish Air Force, till 1942, among others in the no-visibility pilot school in Schleissheim.

    A. Morgala, Military Aircraft in Poland 1924 - 1939 pages. 159-162

Publication date:2014-10-23
(https://i.postimg.cc/brLChcQf/ksi-ka.jpg) (https://postimages.org/)

                                 wikipedia.org/wiki/LWS-6_Żubr

Two wrecks were used in Małaszewicze as props in scenes of the propaganda film "Kampfgeschwader Lützow" . The others were taken over by the Luftwaffe and after refurbishment in 1941 were sent to pilot schools for training in groundless flight. It was a rare case of using by the Germans more Polish aircraft seized in September 1939. The Soviets took over four operational Zubry, which were assigned to the communication aviation.

                   http://www.samolotypolskie.pl/samoloty/1736/126/LWS-6

Could you please point to a source which clearly states that "Zubr" was not used by the occupants after the September Campaign?

                                             Thank you and best regards

Nope, that's what you get in BAT.

As it is delivered, it is not BAT compatible on a cockpit 3d/java side.

This mod, for reasons I do not fully understand, comes with a lot of classes which overwrite L39 classes. It also utilises the L39 cockpits.
But apparently, since the L39 has gone through several iterations over the years and since in BAT these files have already been modified once to clean up a similar bug with other planes (double, triple, quadruple use of the same pit with different prerequisites each time...) it now does not work "just like that" anymore.

Ranwers, can I convince you to build specific classes and a specific cockpit 3d for this mod? It would be the clean thing to do and all you probably have to do is some cloning.

Relying on a certain variant and combination of the L39 files is not a good approach, especially when you deliver files that will override classes for users which have the L39 lower in the hierarchy.

To Yaro 59
Dear colleague!
Mr. Morgała is a great authority for me - I must admit that I learned about Polish aviation from his books. The problem is that he stopped in his research a good 20 years ago. However, it still uses their results, although this knowledge has become a bit outdated. In the specific case of Żubr, it has not been possible to confirm in any way that the Luftwaffe used a functional aircraft. One of my friends contacted the museum in Schleissheim, asking directly for pictures of Polish machines. In response, he received information (in writing) that no Polish aircraft had been used in this school. Including for this reason, new studies by historians of the young generation (eg W. Mazur) even state that it is probably only a legend. Of course - in the conditions of war, confusion, something can always happen for which there is no evidence at the moment, and in a few years someone will find a "flight book" of a pilot with the Żubr airplane entered, but no such thing has been found today. Similarly, not a single photo of the Żubr plane with Luftwaffe markings has been found. For me, it is more convincing than the publications of Mr. Morgała, where some chapters were rewritten word for word from the author's older works.
                                             I remain respectful
p.s. I think that the continuation of the discussion about Żubr will be better continued on priv.

Does any of your colleagues have an idea how to paint the air inlets? The 0823 camouflage is historical and I would like to make it as accurately as possible, but I can't work it out. In addition, the inlet on the left side had a different color than the one on the right :-[

Thank you, my colleague for clarifying this matter. That is quite enough for me.

I wish you good luck with painting Iskra and in general.

Tested in BAT 4.2 modded. Fine with pit but the loadout screen shows bombs and rockets without hooks or hanging with space in between bombs and the body.

O Master! By the time I restarted the computer, you had already solved the problem! It's great ... I have to confess to a little provocation: Airplane No. 0823 was (it still exists today) a prototype of a single-seat bomber-reconnaissance version (Iskra 200BR)

I wish FM for 4.10 in future, I have old install with a lot of planes, skins etc. And it cost a lot of time to make new install with all stuff. But as a Pole, I dreamed many years to fly Iskra on IL 1946.  Anyway, great work !!
