Title: Aragon Offensive 1938 - SCW Campaign Pack!
Post by: SAS~Poltava on March 10, 2020, 10:47:59 AM
One of my old Spanish Civil War campaign packs have now been converted, by yours truly!

The Aragon Offensive was a highly successful and eventually decisive Nationalist campaign during the Spanish Civil War, which began after the Battle of Teruel. The offensive, which ran from March 7, 1938 to April 19, 1938, smashed the Republican forces, overran Aragon, and conquered parts of Catalonia and the Levante. This meant that the Republic was split in two, which of course was a disaster, greatly hampered its war effort. It was a blow that the Republic never really recovered from.

I have made a pack of five campaign, portraying this decisive event from the Nationalist point of view. You will not fly as a fighter jock, but in each of the campaigns you will pilot one of these light bombers, as either a Spanish, Italian or German aviator:

*   The Aero A.101 “Papagayo”
*   The Breda Ba.65
*   The Imam Romeo Ro.37
*   The Heinkel He-51C
*   The Junkers Ju-87A “Stuka”

In each of these campaigns you will also pilot a different aircraft, like the Heinkel He-70 "Blitz" or the Caproni CA.310 or the Vultee V1-AN.

You can download the campaign pack here: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads3&file=details&id=1810

Although these five campaigns are essentially variations of a single campaigns they all make extensive use of Checkyersix’s GREAT Command & Control Mod with a number of randomizers, which means that the time of day, the weather, the skill and composition of the opposition will vary A LOT, even if you replay the same mission twice. Also most campaigns contains at least one unique mission.

That one's a very nice selection. I think I played them all a real long time ago.
