Title: RSAF A4SU Super Skyhawk (1991-2005)
Post by: aircorps123 on December 17, 2018, 03:34:33 PM
Flight of 5 aircraft numbers.

Republic of Singapore Air Force A-4SU Super Skyhawk. The Republic was one of the last operators of the Skyhawks in a primarily land-based role. Local aerospace company ST Aerospace also worked on the one-of-a-kind Spitfire-style double bubble TA-4SU instead of the standard combined bubble used by other TA-4 operators. This provided an improved visibility for the trainer.

The Republics Skyhawks were also the only non-NATO country's aircraft to be permanently based in France at Cazaux Air Base for AJT. These have been replaced by Aermacci M346

Replacement of the default decals.targa in original mod folder is required for this to display correctly, if not there will be the regular USN anti-glare black paint on the nose. Until a workaround can be found this has to be done.

Noted inaccuracies: A4M avionics hump, A4M is however used due to the closest flight model and engine to the Super Skyhawk. Drop tanks still display in USN grey as I can't find the drop fuel tank texture file.
