My all.ini looks like this:
And I can't understand how can I add a new map If the all.ini look this way. Any idea? I'm using UP2.01

Oh Oh! I got this one. ;D Boomer over at UP gave me the link to a different note pad program that you can open your ini with and it looks the correct way. Here you go. ;D

For all text files: if you open them with notepad, they usually look like what you show here: an absolute mess. But if you open the same files with *wordpad* (also included in windows: open programs menu and look inside "accesorios") then they look very different, in order and with structure. Much more comfortable to work with!
So: never use notepad; use wordpad instead.
In both cases you can add maps, it is just more comfortable and easy with wordpad.
EDIT: Bombsaway is fast! I see he has yet one more option to offer :)
man, that´s what i´m looking for, had the same problem like realdarko - life can be so easy :)

Yeah I found this issue when I was playing with hier.him files so what I eventually found out was that if you go to SAS and press make a new thread button and then paste all the data from that file into the text box then it will become normal! Then copy it back and replace all the original data in that file :D

Programmer's Notepad does it for me, it's my standard editor after fiddling for years with notepad/wordpad.
I can really recommend it to mod makers and developers.
And its a free download:
