Title: Help! Can't make Courage Alone Campaign work

Hi All

i've found that campaing from mission4today: Courage Alone (Italy 1935-42) by potlava (sorry i can't post links)


It seems to be a great campaign but i'm not able to make it work.
I can create the campaign, see the first movie, but when it try to load the first mission, after the screen "load static object" the game says that can load the mission and i have to close it via task manager.

I've tryed to install the dbw-1936 via JSGME but the issue is the same

Is that compatible with BAT 4.12.2 or i'm mistaking something?

under compatibility, Courage Alone Campaign works with "IL-2 1946 4.101 + DBW 1.71 + IL-2 SCW" it is an older campaign that would require updating in order to work with BAT.

In the remarks under the description:  "REQUIREMENTS: This Campaign has been made for and with “IL-2 SCW”, the special Mod Pack for Dark Blue World 1.71 that caters for the Inter-War Period. If you have "IL-2 SCW" you have everything you need!"

I will try and update this whole campaign for BAT. But hang on - it will take some time!  ;)

Bad news and good news!

First the bad ones. I have put the converting of "Courage Alone" to BAT on hold. It is simply too much work - it is over 70 missions! I don't have that much time.

Good news: I have started to convert some other of my old 4.10 campaigns to BAT instead! It's interesting work, as you can see how MUCH the game has really progressed through the years, not least thanks to all talented modders. And many BAT features are simply GREAT!

So eventually there will be some converted campaigns ready för BAT!  :) But alas not "Courage Alone"...  :-| But if someone else wants to have a go: be my guest!  ;)
