Title: WAW freezing during Dgen campaign [solved]

Hi guys, yesterday I was playing to my Lvov41 Dgen campaign after update BAT to BATEP10 and game was freezing during the mission and I had to restart the system.

Interesting, I'm using version 9 and I had to manually install PAL visual on my install because the BATMOD version (JSGME) wasn't working for me with update 10. (It wanted to be put in the #SAS folder for some reason so I dragged an old version over because I knew that the old version worked.)

I'll copy the version from that thread and give it another go.

*EDIT* Works now from the #WAW2 folder.

I'd add those 18 classfiles to #WAW in a folder which is being loaded before the regular BAT classfiles and see what happens.

Not a solution since they are already there.  The 412 classfiles for WC Trains are already in B.A.T. and were from the word go.  Since there are no doubled classfiles you can be sure they are working.

The different trains will trip up missions that use use trains.  What a pain that this has effected DGen as well.  Since DGen is pretty much a standard thing anyway, you don't need a highly modified install like B.A.T. to play it.  Using the selector you could easily fire up Stock to play DGen.

When are people going to 'get it'?  B.A.T. is highly modified.  It isn't going to be compatible with a lot of standard stuff, especially old missions and standard setups.

Another solution, to play the old DGen within B.A.T.,  is to edit the relevant *.mis files in DGen, so that the train entries are corrected to reflect the improved WC Trains mod.

In the previous one with troubles I taked-off and landed after few minutes, mission ok; the next one ok also but today with the mission below I had the same problem: game freezing during mission and following restart of the system. I packed what vpmedia suggested and what you can find
as fix at the end of first post of this thread (http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,40779.msg457106.html#msg457106)
in the attachment below;
just unpack it and copy the folder "!00 - WCat Trains FIX"
into your #WAW2 directory.

bergkamp, do the same and try your mission again.

Both please report whether this has helped or not ..

 I had my first occurrence of this today while testing an aircraft on the Slovakia Winter map in QMB. I was going to post my log here now but you just saved me the trouble with this fix. ;)

Hi Gerax. The fix works, as it always has. However, and this is a matter of choice, as the classfiles are duplicated in #WAW2/classes-objects, I made a backup copy of this folder and allowed the fix to overwrite the existing files. Maybe Monty will make this an official "patch" in the next update.

Anyone not comfortable with this solution, use Gerax's package but bear in mind when you run classcheck, you will not have a clean doublon txt

I'm using Bat updated to latest Operation Sealion, I guess I have the same problem in the Pak38 Guns (as Markino's original 1st post).
Mission is working fine but the guns are not created.
Tried to put the correct classfiles provided in #WAW3 but no luck.
