hi guys.

paul lowengrin's site looks to be down as i got this today:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i can't find installer of his great DC Generator - not on any of my HDD, can't find any website to download it again.
i probably lost the installer with my HDD crash 3yrs ago and i unfortunately didn't make a copy...
can anybody help please?
