These are very old skins that I found on my hard drive. Source files are unfortunately lost. Base template was this: https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,11872.msg124916.html#msg124916 (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,11872.msg124916.html#msg124916), you need just add canopy.
