Here are two HD 2048 NAKAJIMA J1N1-S and J1N1-Sa, in black livery version for a perfect night mimetism on Japanese skies in defense of the motherland ..
Good ( nocturnal ) flight to all friends of the SAS ..

Is this historical skin art?
I have never seen in books Japanese camouflage or color for a night-fighting aircraft colored this way.

MMMMM .... dear Max, honestly that is a my interpretation of some black and white pictures that I found on internet .. and some more extrapolating a bit faded color photos on the web that could indicate a black livery also some Tamiya models elaborated on web image seem absolutely blacks .. .. but honestly I would not put my hand on fire ...
