There is nice waterfall in town Jajce in Bosna, the place of birth of Irfan Skiljan, famous author of graphic manipulation programm. I should like to implement it on Yugoslavia map, it reminds me that there was a discussion on the possibilities. Can any kind soul give me a link to step-by-step procedure, if available, please ?

Uzin , I can't give you intelligent information on anything about map modding , except to say that if you have the LaChute / Downfall map (( https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,42939.0.html )) , it includes the Moehne , Eider and Sorpe Dams that were the target of the Dambusters raid.
Studying it may provide you with some clues.
I must confess that I haven't flown over this area of the map myself.
Just a thought - good luck with your exploration.

I think Uufflakke is the guy you need to talk to. He made waterfalls on Avala's Benghalli map.

And on Viking4570 his Grand Canyon map by the way. ;)
I've already sent mr. Uzin a PM. :)

Thank you, friends.
Unfortunately, I have not time to experiment even with waterfalls as eye candies, not speakikng of working ones, lol. So Yugoslavia map will be released without them, waiting for more talented modder than me. I hope Mr. Skiljan will forgive me.

Waterfalls can be done this way:
create 2D flat object (with shape of waterfall) in 3dsmax apply on it texture of water, create several same textures of water for animation.
Convert in MSH, textures convert in TGAs. Create animation txt file with TXL suffix. Make register waterfall in static.ini of object with no damage.
Apply object of waterfall on map. Pack up static object in actor.static. Done you have animated waterfall.
