Well realising that Il-2 BOS is looking promising I am thinking about upgrading my GPU to run it.
And considering we had this thread in the COD section I thought you know might be useful jere as.well.
Anyway
Specs once upgraded
CPU: Intel G620 dual core @2.6GHz
GPU:GTX 750 TI 2GB GDDR5 (hopefully, but I'm worried about CPU Bottle neck)
RAM: 4GB DDR3
Monitor: 1440x900

Check out the recommended specs for Rise of Flight. The BoS engine is an upgraded version of the RoF one so the specs will be similar. I think you will have no problem running it and should get good fps at high graphic settings.
