Personally I think this airplane is a little ugly looking.
I much prefer to see the classic F-16 with its nice smooth shark-like design.
This version looks like its deformed. It has strange looking "humps"... almost like a camel :D LOL

It for sure is from Su-27 family. And it is not shot-down - the smoke is most probably from smoke-generators - if it really was shot-down smoke, there would be flames - lot of flames, if you look how much of smoke there is. And cammo is Russian AF's ;)

we have a huge selection of fine machines to choose from and fly, they are all very cool, and they all need new templates and skins too.

What are classes and what are they for?
The main class is the "slot". It may reference a mother class that controls basics for that type of plane. Say a F-16 mother class for all F-16 types, F-16C for slot, or sub type.
The information in them tells the 3d parts such as landing rear, flaps flaps ect.. what direction to move and how much. Defines what load outs you have too.
Cockpits have classes too as do weapons. Classes and the flightmodel are what make up the plane with the exception of the 3d meshes and skins.

On the AIM-9B you have to press the fire button twice to launch ,once to fire the rocket engine then to fire the missile,
Maybe JetEra 1.33 non-compatible java code (too old way) causes it.
collect code makes one press to fire like F-86.

BTW, in real life, when a Missile does not launch when you pickle it, is called a "Hang Fire" not good.
It is a bug though in our IL2.

What we dont have is real BVR capabilities. But we have the F-16 on the way, the F-18, maybe F-14 and of course we shouldnt forget about the big boy the MiG-25.
