Hi Mat This project was ultra fast  :D ;)

Just seeing the release at work (school).

Looks like it could well be an awesome adversary for your other recent Japanese addition.

Cheers again for the very quick implimentation of this aircraft.

Cheers

Kirby

I'll be honest, i'm surprised at it's obscurity - I thought it was fairly well know.

As for Midget pilots, i'm afraid they're actually Hobbits:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvwSZ7m-nGo

It's a little known *fact* that the Westland Wyvern was the original adversary in the Hobbit, but it was decided during filming that the Supermarine Smaug was more suitable.......

TBH I don't think the pilot is worth releasing an update for by itself - i'll wait a few dyas and see what else crops up. I do have an RAF skin though if anyone's interested. The pilot is easy to correct yourselves if you wish - just go into the hier.him in 3do/plane/wyvern and increase the last figure in the pilot1_d0 matrix.

Is anyone else having a problem with this plane nosing over when landing on a carrier or am I coming in too fast?

just a tip from me....
if you want to do it halfway professionally :D, take her up, extend the flaps, the gear and the landing hook and see at which speed the bird stalls; note that speed, add about 10 to 15% to that speed and you have the speed for coming in and land successfully on a carrier :)

Thanks !
But :
1) could you modify propellers so that blades can be seen separately . Now even with a prop-screenshot mod, we can see only a full disc .

2) The pilot seems to be to be placed to deep in the seat :
