Hello guys, I have not used this mod until today although it has been installed for quite some time and in the QMB arming screen if I select in game markings on I get a CTD. ???

Have any of you experienced this in your installs and if so could you please tell me how is it correctable?  Am I missing another mod to have everything working?

I know this thread has not been touched for a while so maybe no one else has had the problem, maybe I have a conflict somewhere, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Pete. I use CUP, so I do not know if it will help somehow :-\\, but recently I had also problem after installing PBJPack.v2 (20% CTD),
so I installed B25_TS and B-25_RKKA, I still had 20% CTD, then:
B-25's additional cockpits & loadouts, air-to-ground gunners:

the situation repeated so I added the B-25D and B-25J Series_412

My thought is it is a java issue concerning the markings option that is added in the plane class but I could be wrong on that.

Sorta works with 4.13. Pilot's cockpit on the B-25D-20NC and B-25J-22NA will not load at all, but gunner cockpits will. On the J-15 the bombsight is nowhere in sight, but gunsight view works.

Cockpit fix for 4.13 + bonus: copilot cockpit  ;).  All cockpits work.

I dont think I am the only one having this problem.

Does anyone have a fix for the antenna wires for the B-25J-15NA ?
It is the B-25J-15(Multi1) and B-25J-15(USA) folders.

It seems the 3 files I have inside this aircraft folder are corrupt and the antennas wires are not attached to the mast.

I already tried replacing them with other B-25J series aircraft, but these dont seem to work
because the antenna Mast is located too much forward in the fuselage. The wires are still not in correct position.
I am not sure how they were connected either.

Can someone please post those 3 wire files they have in their game folder here , if they have the correct position.
They are named...

Unfortunatelly, they are the same ones that were on the airplane download.
They are out of place.
I will check some more into other aircraft variants to see if its possible to exchange antenna wires
from one mod file to another and see if I can fix this little problem. I have done it before, so it works.
I just need to find another 3d-model that looks like this one.

The airplane looks great and flies wonderful, it is just the antennas as not connected in place.

Sorry, I may be a goof, but I can't get this to go over 210 mph? This is flying at 3,000ft. Can someone please tell me what settings they are using for engine/prop pitch?

Hello, SAS. I'm back to Il-2 after several years off.

I understand that I need to add entries to air.ini and so on, and maintain folder structure, etc. 3/4 of the pack installed just fine. However, the B-25-D-20 does not show a 3D model in the arming screen, and generally is unusable. I don't understand why only this one model isn't working. Any ideas?

robert31178, that speed seems reasonable for this aircraft.

The B-25D-20NC model is the only one I am having a problem in my VP mod the rest work just fine.
the install goes well aircraft lines are added to the air ini and the air ru files then I drop the
rest of the folder into the sas file here is my problem when I select from the drop in multi.
you can not see the aircraft in the window if I hit fly the game locks up. I thought it could
been a bad down load I have redown loaded the file and reinstalled it and same thing again
the rest of the bombers in the pack work and show up just fine could use some insight, when
I remove just the one aircraft no more lock up. I did not post the log file because the two
that are posted are the same data as mine.

Hi!! I was wondering if it were possible for someone to upload the skins for the J's in this pack? I have no problem downloading the "The SAS F#cking Big Default Skinmod" if I need to, but if I don't have to I'd prefer not to!!

What mesh file must I use (copy/rename) to get the B-25D-20NC to show in QMB. I'm still having a "no show" issue as others here. Thanks.

I just installed these planes and they all show in QMB.....

My game is 4.12.2 + MA 5.3
Maybe try a reinstall.. Some times down-loads get screwed up ,so to say.......

Nope, I re-D/L twice and still a no show on the -20NC. Same log issue in (INTERNAL ERROR: Can't open file '3DO/Plane/B-25D-20(USA)/Detailing.msh). All the other 25s in the D/L show fine.

I searched in many places... and I couldn't find any B-25 that uses this mesh (Detailing.msh)!  :-X
Are you sure you don't have a Mod that interferes with your B-25s?

None that I can identify Epervier. I am HEAVILY modded though, so could be. My log is virtually identical to boogabooga's

The problem is with PA_jeronimo's  Cowling Engines & prop mod(412) for the B-25D-20.
If you are using that mod, open the folder and find the B-25D-20(Multi) and B-25D-20(USA)
folders and delete both folders.
You will then have the -20 back. This particular problem has been around for quite some
time.

If you want improved props and cowlings for the -20 you will have to find an older version
of 'jeronimo's mod(no hier.him).

If you are not using 'jeronimo's 412 mod then you are going to have to use the old "hunt and peck"
method to find the conflicting mod.

- Attention to loadout  8x250lb. Bombs. (  Almost every models but a few ).
- If you look at the picture above, you will see the 8 underwings bombs; these are not available with the landing lights mod.
- probably there is some missing hooks in the proposed new wing msh's for the lights.

Thanks for the "[Detailing]" fix. PA_jeronimo's 409 and HSFX packs have same
problem with the  B-25D-20(Multi + USA). The DBW pack is O.K.

Just wanted to add... For inexperienced people such as myself, the files to be altered in huberranz post are in the cowlings mod, not the B-25 mod.

I am learning, it is occasionally painful, but there is successful learning being achieved  ]salut[

I am having trouble with the B-25D and B-25J for 4.12.2 mod.  Mod blanks out the gunsight as shown in the screen shot below.  If I remove the mod, the gunsights work as expected.  I have moved the mod before the B-25 files, after the B-25 files, and I have applied one at a time all of the suggested fixes and additional mods.  Any help would be appreciated.
The first screen shot is the B-25D-5NC with the mod installed.  The second shot is the B-25D-5NC with the mod removed.  Next the B-25G-1 without mod and finally the PBJ-G-1 without the mod.
