*N.B. I will post another link in coming days*

Another mod that had seemed to disappear into oblivion. Luckily a few of us still had it floating around and with Sani's permission, it was brought back to life. This aircraft represents multiple firsts. To begin with, it is the first of the many promised WW1 aircraft to finally make it to public release. Second, it is the first public aircraft to use the new 'Rotary' engine model. And finally, this aircraft was one of the first modding experiment to test the games limits in poly count and textures. This is one of the most highly detailed models in Il-2. The side-effect of this is that it is not skinable but it is already a beautiful sight! A huge thanks must go to SAS~Sani who did the vast majority of work on it, having imported it from another simulator and then developing the fantastic flight model!

Some notes on flying it:
- Before take-off, put chocks in and ensure magnetos are set to 1+2 (this selects all cylinders)
- Try start. If fails first time, spin the prop again until it starts
- Once engine running, set Mixture towards rich
- When running smoothly, release chocks!
- Whilst this aircraft has no true throttle, you can control you power in two ways: leaning out mixture and selecting less cylinders (in this case, magneto setting 1 or 2 selects 1/3rd of cylinders). I'm still investigating the historical accuracy of the magneto selector but appears some Camels could select groups of cyclinders, others couldn't.
- The Camel was renowned for killing young inexperienced pilots due to it high torque and power in dive. Be wary of the torque on take-off and watch your speed in a dive!
- To blip the engine, press the 'Toggle Engine' key in quick succession. If you leave the engine off for too long, you will loose too much speed and the engine might not restart
- Once the engine dies mid-air, that's it. You can't jump out and restart it.

Features
- The famous Sopwith Camel WW1 fighter
- Highly detailed, non-skinnable model
- Rotary engine modelling
- Le Prieur Rockets. N.B. They are highly inaccurate and only effective against balloons and large aircraft. Near useless against ground targets
- Bailing out disabled!

Installation
1) Please ensure that you have a working copy of DBW/DBW1916 or have the SAS AI Engines Hotkeys Mod working with SAS ModACt for 4.101m
2) Extract the archive to your MODS, #SAS or #DBW folder within your Il-2 modded install
3) Find air.ini, plane_ru and weapons_ru, and add lines as per readme

Thanks team! Certainly a nice build and considering the attention to detail in only the first release I very much look forward to the others.

Love it, absolutely love it. DBW 1916 Fokkers don't stand a chance.
Holds a special place in my heart because my first toy plane, which I still have was a Sopwith Camel.

Should I activate DBW1916 in JSGME to make it work?  Currently I have 20% CTD with "memory cannot be read" error while trying to start the game with Camel. DBW1916 isn't enabled.

Thanks anyway.

SOLVED I erroneously put a folder with wwi markings in the folder with plane's mod. Now works perfectly :)

Hi, not working on mine. it crashes after you select the plane and weapons and click fly. I have a SAS modact 2.72 modded with no dbw. I followed the readme and added the engine hotkeys mod and did the air and plane and wep edits. Any ideas?

Not skinnable?!!!  :'(

Beautiful aircraft. I had this misconcieved notion that a 900lb biplane with a 130hp engine would be docile to fly. It is not  :D

After a leary and mostly sideways take off, I flew around for a bit, shot up the countryside, did a couple of loops, and came in to land. At which point, I decided that since the rotary engine has exactly 1 power setting, I would try to "blip" the engine to reduce speed. This was followed by the world abruptly turning upside down and the sound of splintering wood.

I walked away intact except for my pride   :D :D

Hopefully this will open the floodgates to the other WWI aircraft waiting in the wings.

Yeah! Finally a true WW1 plane!  ;D Tahnk you very much for this! But I noticed two strange things : the RPM needle doesn't move when you change throttle and the plane can take off with power at 0%!  ???
Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT

You have to blip it like the real camel by hitting the engine button mutiple times....there is no ajustible throttle on this baby..... ;)

Alternatively, knocking the mixture right back (about 30% power reduction) and selecting either magnetos 1 or 2 (turns off 6 of 9 cyclinders) will also acheive reduced power output.

Wonderful Model.

  Many thanks to all contributors, this long lasting work in progress finally is a reality.

  We hope that soon other planes of potentially the same quality could be finished.

  Great job!

hi guys, great plane and unfortunately not skinnable.. it's -well..- difficult, can't say more hehehe :D

but a great archievement nevertheless! thank you!

my only concern is about power management: in ROF camel has throttle, mixture, and blip switch so i wonder if is modeled another engine (Clerget and Bentley has standard controls, only Gnome Monosoupape has cylynder switch IIRC)

S! and angain thank you to the team! :)

A1_Phoenix: Thanks for the info. I've pulled up a few websites and books which describe the differences between the Camel engines. If people are interested, I can look into make some additional slots (e.g. we already have a Clerget, maybe Le Rhone, Gnome and a RNAS 2F1 with Bentley).

The only thing that may be difficult to model is the use of throttle on some of these machines. Unlike more modern carburettors which keep very fine control over mixture/throttle, you had to have the throttle/mixture perfectly matched on these rotaries otherwise they would cut out.
Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT
Post by: santobr on June 12, 2012, 06:09:34 AM
Quote
The Clerget, Le Rhone and BR1 had throttles, although reducing power involved simultaneously adjusting the mixture and was not straightforward, so it became common during landing to "blip" the engine (turn the ignition off and on) using a control column-mounted ignition switch, the blip switch, to reduce power.
In the end, the pilots opted for the same old system, blip switch. ;)

Thanks very much for this beautiful aircraft & long hours put into her.
Help – know I probably doing something dumb  :-[
Using DBW 1.71 & put the Camel File into the DBW_1916 folder (at correct file depth) added lines to the air.ini, plane.ru & weapons.ru, but getting 70% crash with following log error – what am I doing wrong?
[21:02:05]   m_lastFMFile = gui/game/buttons
[21:02:05]   GUIQuick: class 'air.CAMEL' not found
[21:02:05]   Main begin: PlMisAir: class 'air.CAMEL' not found
[21:02:05]   java.lang.RuntimeException: PlMisAir: class 'air.CAMEL' not found

Re-download – just in case, was a problem with the down load, but same errors. Also re-checked the air.ini & its as per the read-me

EDIT
Got it working with vpmedia's wonderful WWI mod - great plane - thanks  :)

On normal installation powerplant case is mounted to airframe and crankshaft spins in case with propeller attached to crankshaft. With rotary intallation crankshaft is mounted to airframe and case is free to rotate around crankshaft propeller is attached to case. Upside is better cooling while aircraft is static and smoother running because of flywheel effect, downside is excessive gyroscopic precession because of spinning mass.

Hi fellas, glad you all like it :)

In regards to the blipping mechanism and the different engines this machine uses: it has been considered but due to time constraints, this is not a priority. Currently this model is using the Clerget engine, which was the most commonly used engine on the Camel.

Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT

When someone finds the time to completely remap the aircraft. In otherwords, might as well remake it from scratch ;)

The Camel was made as an experiment by Sani to see how many high quality textures you could squeeze into an aircraft. In addition, it was imported across from MSFS. Anyway this is why it wasn't made with skin friendly mapping.

Hi,

There is nothing to be so surprised about. It is highly possible that the original modder forgot to remove Rolland DII reference damage mesh in the her.him, which appearance is triggered when the wings are taking damaged. It won't always happen, only happen by satisfying certain java condition.

I merged this topic with Camel topic as a bug report.

Thank you,

Hum.. I'm not convinced it is a bug ! The aileron truly moved trough the air and passed right into the right place ! I lost   both   ailerons at near the same time from the explosion being too close... and also heard the "my aircraft being hit sound" as well ..  :-\

Haha  :D, it is weird, yes. But for a modder perspective, for something to appear on your plane it have to be in the heir.him. you can access this using sknil and view the extra mesh.

Here's the proof ^_^:

Seems like a damage piece of avia b-534. Fits the shape and color scheme. The aileron does work in place.
Maybe the Camel was 'build' on some of that plane.
Probably Camel damage parts is wrong there.
It 's quite a coincidence the other aileron passed so near the exact desired spot !
Also screen 10 shows aileron of DII has somewhat passed by and gone behond...

That was a very convincing situation !  :D

Hi!
Thank you for your wonderful job!

I'm trying to make some Camel missions, and I've found a little problem:
I used some objects to populate my airfield, but when flying the mission, I experienced a huge loss of fps now and then.
I discovered it was caused by stationary Camels located at the airfield. The solution was changing those Camels into different stationary planes.

Not very serious, but can anyone guess how to solve it without removing stationary Camels?

Edited (2013/05/07):
Unfortunately, I have discovered that the problem affects all Camels, both stationary or flying airplanes. Probably I should put the blame on my old laptop (I bought it six or seven years ago).
Other planes don't cause this loss of fps, but for some reason Camels do, so I'll have to forget them until I update my computer.

dramtic Fps lost usually caused by java error. If you have this problem, just pres shift tab to see if the log is being spammed with errors.
Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT
Post by: RAF209_Benge on May 10, 2013, 03:18:14 PM
The problem is the Camel itself...because it is made of so many individual texture files...when you have a large concentration of them it kills the FPS on the computer as the LOD files try to keep up
Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT
Post by: vpmedia on May 10, 2013, 08:43:14 PM
Its around 60 megabytes iirc, the 109 pits for example are double the size  but they still work very well for me.
I tested this problem and if I switch between an SE5 and a Camel theres zero fps drop on my system (i3, 8Gb RAM, GTX550 Ti).
Plus why nobody else reported the problem during 11 months is beyond me.
Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT
Post by: Birdman on May 11, 2013, 03:08:29 AM
The difference it that you'll have just one 109 pit being rendered but you may have many Camels simultaneously rendered. I actually reported about FPS drops with many Camels visible already during beta testing of Camel. Even small Camels far away can cause FPS drop because of missing LODs. Unfortunately, fixing this requires remapping of the 3D model so that maybe remodeling is easier, and texture resolution would be significantly lower without HD texture mod. However, fixing the FPS issues would also make the Camels skinnable.

Anyway, with present 3D model it is better to avoid situations with many Camels simultaneously visible or accept lower FPS in those situations.
Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT
Post by: vpmedia on May 11, 2013, 10:42:16 AM
Sorry but I dont see this fps drop. My framerates are the same with 1 and with 16 Camels in the air. Imho this is because regardless the number of planes the textures will only take up around 60Mb memory space. I have no experience with lod problems. I agree with SAS~S3 that it most likely a repeating java error. I think its time to ask for some info such as conf.ini, mod config(DBW-1916, SAS modact, Hsfx?), hardware description and the logfile.

What airplane is that one Whistler?

from what I have understood, Pablo many months ago made his own style of the DBW-1916 pack, he might have missed some
of the latest releases we have had posted here. Perhaps? I don't know anything about that pack of his.
About 99% of the latest releases for these WW1 mods are posted here in the DBW-1916 section, some may be posted somewhere else in
this forum. But usually they are posted here.

Since these airplanes have their own slots it is just a matter of placing them with new lines into your normal modded DBW-4.10 game or
other versions like the IL2-1946 Modded 4.12 game-version, for them to fly alongside the WW2 airplanes (if you wish to do that). Some people
have been making dogfights  with WW2 Spitfires against WW1 Fokker DR.1´s .  ;D Its your game! You can do whatever you want with it.

New upgraded skins and cockpit skins are usually posted here also, or put into the Update-package which VPmedia collects from all the people
who have been contributing to these mods over the past months and that he also has been painting them himself. He does a lot of painting too on
many many mods.
So the VPmedia update-package is a good source to get all the latest goodies for these Great War Mods+airplanes.

If you do not like a particular skin or cockpit-skin you see, you too can make these changes to your aircraft and use them, or post them for
the rest of the WW1 fans to use if you wish. No one has a contract or gets paid for doing these upgrades or new mods. It is a collaboration
between many people and many artists to make our game world a much better place to fly in and to enjoy a great flight. That´s all.

So, What airplane is that one in the pictures, Whistler?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
by the way, I have found no problems flying many Sopwith Camels at the same time in this version of the DBW-1916.
It´s true that the Camel shares ALOT of skins and parts. I know, I am the one who painted this classic bird many years ago before
it first came out, but I have found no problems with it. I have a cheap computer too. So perhaps it may be another mod or a special-effects
mod that may creating some conflict with this mod and is slowing down someone's game? Perhaps? I do not know.
We all have many different mods in our personal games and each mod-game is a little different from the rest.
 I have a lot of crazy stuff put into my game, but so far my computer has not blown up  :D and no problems with the Camel.
Hi max_thehitman, the first image belongs to the low res cockpit of the Camel included in the first post of this threat. The second one comes with the Camel included in Pablo's "Default IL-2 1916 WWI Pack for 4.12.2m clean".
I thought modders like to take care of their own works, and I was surprised to see there exists an improved cockpit and it was not updated here for others to enjoy.
I usually prefer standalone or small mods than big packs, so I don't generally use DBW. I upload the whole mod here, with the improved textures. Note that the default aircraft skin is different as well.
Download the Sopwith Camel v1.0 with improved cockpit/textures:
https://www.mediafire.com/download/23salqfwh75fxw9/AMT_Sopwith_Camel_v10_improved_textures.7z
I don't know who to give credit for these improved textures :(
Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT
Post by: vpmedia on July 18, 2014, 08:39:52 AM
I'm constantly updating textures in DBW-1916 (with the help of Max and Murdoc) but I do not advertise each small update, I'm sure that the people who are using DBW-1916 will notice these improvements but have no time to reupload them into the original release topics, sorry.
The package published at 1c is very incomplete and not approved by us...but I didnt want to start a fight over it, so I ignored it.
Ok, thank you Whistler.
This is what I have in my game from the last VPMedia update-patch. So I guess its all good. Much better textures from the
previous first version when it first came out.
~
This image was made up of 2 different screenshots, so it looks weird.
(http://i196.photobucket.com/albums/aa77/9mm_suzi/sopwitCamelCockpit1.jpg~original)
Perhaps on a later date there might be another update to this cockpit with even more details, but
do not expect it to be too soon. There are many other airplanes that need some important attention first.
hello there, i am new here so my question might be noob hihi :)
I installed the camel and flew it around on a few training missions, i then created a mission with a few groups of camels to see how they would fare in dogfights.
Is it normal for the AI's to do really insane moves with these planes, i mean moves that seem to defy the laws of physics? Also when landing they use "magic" instead of flaps/rudder/ailerons, and are not bothered by wind or gravity(i cannot keep anything in the air at the speeds at which the AI's approach the strip).
So... did i screw up something?
Hi  Satlock, welcome to SAS.
You should state your environment ( like game version, mods et.c ), otherwise it is near impossible to answer U.
No flaps; light biplanes have low stalls; I'm glad they land at all; AI may change behavior from game versions to game versions; a mod to
AI behavior exist in WWI of dbw 1916 (next post ); Camel had heavy torque, so were able to outturn their opponent strangely;
YOU can also fly slower, but only by reducing magnetos ( = to 2, 1 ) with this plane...
Of note: Camel by AMT is one of the oldest mod for WWI in il2. ( not first ever, but first "real" looking replica of a WWI plane for il2 ).
So forgive it's shortcomings; for a long time it was the very best and only one of it's class we had !
Hey,
Please don't get me wrong, my message was not meant as a complaint or anything like that. I like the plane very much, it is a lot of fun to fly, it's like driving a double clutch truck it keeps you busy hihi.
Also, from a spectator's view it is always different then when you are flying the plane yourself so the low approach speeds might be faster then they seem and the turns look more spectacular from the outside so i assume that is what's going on in my case.
But i will tell you my environment to be sure.
I have IL2 1946 with the IL-2 4.12.2m Mega Patch from this site and the following mods;
SAS_Modact_5.30_for_IL-2_4.12.2m
High_Resolution_True_Color_Textures_v1.0
SAS_Common_Utils_107
SAS_Buttons_105_Test_10Nov13
SAS_Engine_Mod_v27
SAS_Engine_2.7_patch_western_20150114
SAS_AI_Engine_HotKeys_Carriers_v25
Jetwar_13_ContentPackage
Jetwar_v133_Hotfix
ww1 bombs and guns
ww1 planes armament upgrade
Also have other planes(jets mostly and a few WWI's), do i need to list them all?
Edit:
Upon further investigation i'm starting to believe i may have done something wrong with the Engine Mod since i am also having trouble making other planes(With steering front wheel like Mig 21) steer while taxiing, the plane just keeps going in a straight line when i turn, even though i can see the front wheel turn in-game, which should work after installing SAS_AI_Engine_HotKeys if i read that correctly... Also, the Fokker E III doesn't do anything under AI control, when spawned in mid air it just hangs there without moving.
Could that have something to do with the AI's doing weird things with the camel? Tried to add screenshot of SAS folder structure but i cannot post external links...  :(
After reading your post I went back in game to try it.
I think one thing you may need to do is to set your controls to use the blip switch
for this plane.
I stopped using the camel a long time ago because of the very bad FPS when it was used.
Today I was shocked that the FPS is working fine now.
When this plane first came out I would have 20 to 40 FPS count.
Today well over 130 FPS. I have no idea as to what I did but it all works fine now. :)
Gunny, i am happy to see that you can now fly the camel again so something good has come from my "problem" hihi :) . I had some framerate problems with it aswell but after reinstalling IL2 and all the mods/planes everything is running smoothly(maybe some file was corrupted).
I will take a good long look at the Controls to be certain i'm not missing anything, but blipping the engine is just to turn it off and on again while flying yes? I use the i button for that but so far i have never been succesful at doing that, when i turn it off the engine seems to slow down too quickly, as far as i know it should keep spinning like a flywheel but it doesn't so i end up having to make a quick landing.
Also, i don't understand why the engine keeps overheating all the time, i put it on magnetos 1+2 and mixture 100% and then just try to climb but most of the time the engine overheats before i reach 100m and i have no idea what to do to make it cool down other than put it on magnetos 2 and hope it cools down before i crash into a tree :P
I'm pretty certain it is something i do wrong but can't find what it is.
Hi. I have the same setup in 412.2m but with no WWI planes. ( ---> next post )
They were designed to operate in 410.1m DBW1916 environment, so lucky enough if they do work in 412.
( I found there is no use of an engine mod in my DBW1916 v3.4 of 410.1 ).
Anyway, in 412 modern il2 planes respond better with left and wright brakes for turning on the ground...  ;) Do find these in Controls.
Hum, you are expanding much on your topic about the Camel.
( In real life they had to field mod cut holes in the cowling of Camels to have more cooling. )
The subject of 412m,engine mod and the overeating engines has been and ongoing issue almost everywhere...  :-X
More topics: engine mod, WWI planes (the pack! ) for 412m, or then again the E-III itself for 410.  :P
Title: Re: Sopwith Camel v1.0 by AMT
The SAS_AI_Engine_HotKeys_Carriers_v25 in your setup ! ( obsolete )
That would seems a conflict with more the recent engine mod v27.
Replace by https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,37774.0.html  ( Note also buttons 10.5 ).
then the patch SAS_Engine_2.7_patch_western_20150114 goes on top of it.
Note currently v26 is for 410m and 411m. So v25 is not only obsolete, but not even for 412.
'Hotkeys' and 'Carriers' have disappeared from it's name ( so did' Catapults mod' previously in use has disappeared), but it's all in there.
If you start to install these standalone mods thats never gonna work in 4.12. The only way it might doable is to have Total Modder with its reworked classfiles (4.12 compatibility patch) by Benitomusso and the DBW-1916 update pack. Jets and ww2 should have a separate install imho.
This is what you need, ~11Gb:
DBW-1916 update https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,26088.0.html
Total Modder https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,42295.0.html
Hey, thanks for your reply's, i know i can be a little chaotic, i'm sorry for that.
I have removed the engine hotkeys carriers folder from my SAS and it seems to have improved a bit, the AI's no longer fly like they are completely insane so that's nice.
The SAS_Engine_Mod_v27 with the patch is already installed, so that should be good.
I tried the left/right brakes, works well for taxiing thank you :)
I guess i should be happy the WWI planes work at all in my 4.12.2m setup, i will wait and see maybe an update will fix the overheating...
Also i will try to create a seperate install for 4.10.1m with DBW1916 for the WWI planes and see how that goes.
Hello comrades, they could help me with the question of the overheating of engines on Camels, Snipes and Dr I, with or without the control of management mode of the motors connected. Caused deep irritation know that Nieuports and Pup has the same types of engines and not go through the same troubles. Moreover the lack of power is very noticeable. The control by the magnets does not seem to resolve the matter. Or lack power or spare overheating
All I can say is THANK YOU...This works great..
I gave up using the Camel because it was a FPS killer.. Not now thanks to you.
I just put 8 Camels in a mission that had 39 planes in it. My avg FPS was 120fps.
After adding the Camels my FPS was 111fps.  That is a big difference from what we had before......
That's about the third Biggles book I read age 10. The first was Biggles in the Baltic. I read about 40 of the 80. I've been a history, and war geek ever since.
cheers
Effectively, use the overlay option included in the file.
Sorry, but you cannot create historical skins with it.
Could you explain how to use the overlay option? What folder are those files installed in?
So can different skins be used on this plane!? I am on BAT 3.84 now and only default skins work also when I add your enhanced Camel. Or do the other skins need to be all HD!?  o_O
Don't spread nonsense.
1) The new Camel is in BAT since 3.8.4 (read the patch descriptions)
2) is is skinnable (no HD skins required)
3) The mod in itself uses mirroring to skin. Because it is an import job from another game where this does not matter. There are a handful such mods around, it is nothing new and you have to live with that.
Don't like your attitude, hombre. Never have. Never will. Once you're offending me again:  How about all the stuff I send you to have a look at - and you never responded again!? What is your problem with me!? Am I not contributing to this place enough!? Was my money bad that I donated!? And most of all I was asking erafitti - and definetely not you! Got it!?
What.
Say WHAT?  ]cyclops[
You are one delusional fella.
You cannot "buy" anyone's service here. You either donate or don't. It is your business.
But you for frigging sure do not buy any special rights by donating. And you for frigging sure do not buy any bragging rights against anyone.
I have no business with the donations. They go to those that pay for the hoster and only that. I have nothing to do with this money and you most certainly will never again spread any such allegations on this site.
Go open BAT, chose the Camel, chose any of the new skins, and fly. That's all.
Completed work on Camel. Many shortcomings, but as it is. Illness and vision problems prevent you from continuing to work.
Завершил работу по Камелу. Много недочетов, но как есть. Болезнь и проблемы со зрением, не дают возможность продолжить работу.
Poland. But since the layout on the skin is peculiar, the checkers are displayed accordingly.
Поляк. Но поскольку раскладка на скине своеобразная, то и шаховицы отображаются соответственно.
My Camel version (no class files).
What is new:
Approximately 50% fewer files.
For skinners, fully remapped.
(https://i.postimg.cc/T1Y8G9DY/Camel-skin.jpg)
New LODs values.
Now is Multy-LOD.
(https://i.postimg.cc/CxZgzm6R/Camel-lod.jpg)
Minor damage,shadows,hooks adjustments.
Overlay option.
To download.
https://www.mediafire.com/file/k7wal5e07vbowd6/Camel.rar/file (https://www.mediafire.com/file/k7wal5e07vbowd6/Camel.rar/file)
To install, drop Camel.rar contents in Mods/SAS/DOF....
Tested in 4.13.
Credist.
For the original authors.
Andrew W. Hall for its FS98 version.
Un saludo.
I have a really dumb question.  Please be merciful in your judgments.
I would like to use skins on a Sopwith Camel, but I don't really know how to use the skinable (is that a word?) Camel.  The download didn't come with a readme.  I'm sure others don't need one, but I am anything but a technocrat.
What do I do with erafitti's download?  Do I replace what's in the "AIRCRAFT_Sopwith Camel" file in my MODS folder?
Or do I get rid of the "AIRCRAFT_Sopwith Camel" folder completely?  I am lost.  I have no idea how to install this.
When I merged the folders, I started the game and went into QMB, but the skins still didn't show up on the Camel.
I hate being the dumbest one in the room, but that being so, I need some backup here.
Thanx in advance.
Hey Pony,
*Make a backup of the original folder somewhere if you are not 100% certain you are doing it right
-Keep the original mod from the first post in the thread. This version does not replace/contain many of the files critical for the mod to work.
-Add/replace the files contained within the Camel>3do>cockpit>Camel & Camel>3do>plane>Camel
-If it is done correctly, when you load the mod the model will have a different default skin.
-The skin folder is named Camel
(edited for clarity)
CAMEL is OK
SPAD7 is OK
