I'm happy to meet releasing this pack.

Mutsuki has 61cm torpedo launcher (it's IJN first 61cm armed destroyer).
But Mutsuki didn't have Oxigen Torpedo(Type93) system.
Mutsuki class used Type90 normal air using engine Torpedo to last 1944.

HI ,you have installed the files in the folders named "gio409classes" in "shipgio" folders and overwrite the files when call ?, another possibility are a no correct entries , the "add2.Ex.ships" ini.entries will a "ShipExtention MOD" from Western (you have in this Site) or not correct entries write in some INI.files.
You checked the errors with this way ,any new INI.entries in "chief", "stationary" ,"ships" ,afters made a copy of original in a new folders out the game, and try a game charge(change a "chief"entries and try, change a ...... and try) and send me the error.
I hope this is a good explication because I'm not a English spoken and writer.
Greetings GIO.

I have shipgio copied the file gio409classes by overwritting the files shipgio.

I can not install because it did  shipextention mod for 4.10, so I've installed must add2 defaultship.

I can send you my INI files in MP

i get a 70% CTD as well, adding it in DBW version.
i have added every other ship there is in this install, and made no mistakes with the entries.
in my error log, the last part refers to a missing class 'speed' for Shipgio$IJNAkikaze21DD i provide the error log report: Code: [Select] com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.ShipWes.<clinit>(ShipWes.java:141) at java.lang.Class.forName0(Native Method) at java.lang.Class.forName(Unknown Source) at com.maddox.rts.Spawn.get_WithSoftClass(Spawn.java:84) at com.maddox.rts.Spawn.get_WithSoftClass(Spawn.java:57) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main.preloadChiefClasses(Main.java:192) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main3D.beginApp(Main3D.java:434) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main3D.beginApp(Main3D.java:358) at com.maddox.il2.game.MainWin3D.beginApp(MainWin3D.java:211) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main.exec(Main.java:420) at com.maddox.il2.game.GameWin3D.main(GameWin3D.java:235)Problem in spawn: com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.ShipWes$JapanDryCargo1943No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNAkikaze21DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNMinazuki37DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNMutsuki41DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNUzuki43DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNFumitsuki43DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNMochizuki43DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNSatsuki43DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNUzuki44DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNSatsuki44DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNYuzuki44DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.vehicles.planes.Plane$P_51A'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.vehicles.planes.Plane$MustangMkI'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNAkikaze21DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNMinazuki37DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNMutsuki41DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNUzuki43DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNFumitsuki43DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNMochizuki43DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNSatsuki43DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNUzuki44DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNSatsuki44DD'No spawner for 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNYuzuki44DD'PlMisChief: property 'speed' NOT found in class 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNAkikaze21DDjava.lang.RuntimeException: PlMisChief: property 'speed' NOT found in class 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNAkikaze21DD at com.maddox.il2.builder.PlMisChief$Item.<init>(PlMisChief.java:87) at com.maddox.il2.builder.PlMisChief.configure(PlMisChief.java:497) at com.maddox.il2.builder.Plugin.loadAll(Plugin.java:206) at com.maddox.il2.builder.Builder.<init>(Builder.java:2819) at com.maddox.il2.gui.GUIBuilder.<init>(GUIBuilder.java:73) at com.maddox.il2.gui.GUI.create(GUI.java:164) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main3D.beginApp(Main3D.java:701) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main3D.beginApp(Main3D.java:358) at com.maddox.il2.game.MainWin3D.beginApp(MainWin3D.java:211) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main.exec(Main.java:420) at com.maddox.il2.game.GameWin3D.main(GameWin3D.java:235)Main begin: java.lang.RuntimeException: PlMisChief: property 'speed' NOT found in class 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNAkikaze21DDjava.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: PlMisChief: property 'speed' NOT found in class 'com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.Shipgio$IJNAkikaze21DD at com.maddox.il2.builder.PlMisChief$Item.<init>(PlMisChief.java:96) at com.maddox.il2.builder.PlMisChief.configure(PlMisChief.java:497) at com.maddox.il2.builder.Plugin.loadAll(Plugin.java:206) at com.maddox.il2.builder.Builder.<init>(Builder.java:2819) at com.maddox.il2.gui.GUIBuilder.<init>(GUIBuilder.java:73) at com.maddox.il2.gui.GUI.create(GUI.java:164) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main3D.beginApp(Main3D.java:701) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main3D.beginApp(Main3D.java:358) at com.maddox.il2.game.MainWin3D.beginApp(MainWin3D.java:211) at com.maddox.il2.game.Main.exec(Main.java:420) at com.maddox.il2.game.GameWin3D.main(GameWin3D.java:235)[17.10.2011 18:25:22] -------------- END log session -------------

I think to ,because when I see the post I have put the mod in my DBW copy of game (I work on a IL2 UP3 RC4 normally), with the class files not downloaded but by work folders ,the game not crashed, I upload a folders with only class files for sure and posted the URL in the topic.
Greetings GIO.

Thanks gio.  --- All installs fine in HSFX5
Installed over existing folder with Hosho CVL
No problems. -- The additional gun entries in the ships.ini might be missed by some though?
The IJN is steadily filling its ranks.

gio, the new classes make no ddifference - i get the same 70% crash with the same errors in the log.
i have all other ships of yours and western's no problem, possibly this is because of another ship i have been testing.
perhaps i can send you this ship for you to look at?

HI, I'm shocked because I put your test ships , but in my "DBW" not made any conflict with my ships in this afternoon see the class files for see any errors (on my limited capacity )and refer.
I'm very displease for the accident, greetings GIO

don't worry, my friend - we will find the cause, i'm sure.
have a look at the test ship i sent you, maybe the problem lies with that one, as it is still being tested.
we should wait a while and see if anyone else has a similar problem, but so far it seems i am in the minority with this problem - which is why i think the test ship might have something to do with it.
i will be testing more from my side. don't worry - i think mine is an isolated case. ;)

Malone --- If the test ship is the same one you sent to me recently, then I still have it installed and everything is working ok.
Title: Re: A MINEKAZE and MUTSUKI destroyers pack
Post by: SAS~Malone on October 18, 2011, 06:54:33 AM
yep, it's the same one.
i really don't get it, then. i have all the needed classes, yet you can clearly see in my error log that it's unhappy about one/more of the classes for these DD's.
this is on DBW 1.6, though....how much of a difference that should make, i'm not sure.
i still need to test on my modact 3.06 install, but the DBW install is the one i have all the ships in so far, and i'd like yo just keep building up the fleet in at least one install. ;)
Title: Re: A MINEKAZE and MUTSUKI destroyers pack
Post by: SAS~Malone on October 18, 2011, 07:27:54 AM
Gerhard, i tried the ai extension mod in DBW, but i couldn't get it to work because it hit my java 'wall' limit.
and installing that mod is indeed a test, not for the faint-hearted, lol. ;)
i would think this is the most likely thing i would expect, however, it doesn't look like the memory crash, but more like a classfile issue with these, taking the error log into account.
i'd like to hear from others who installed this okay in DBW at this point.
it'll help to narrow down the possibilities.
Title: Re: A MINEKAZE and MUTSUKI destroyers pack

I see in the log files from SAS~Malone some ship's name not signed (Minekaze and others), the original ships ,You cheeked this files presence (4799D4F0B7F09D3E) ,this files don't have any copy in others folders, open whit Wordpad and see the correct name presence .
IT is only a little chance of errors.
But in this moment don't have any error's idea because in my DBW installation not made crash and not have any logfile on working.

Greetings GIO.

Got them working fine in 409 installation!!

Among all nice change of sailor mesh between age evolution mate!!!

@Malone

Dear friend , take care that:

- if you install it you need to overwrite all the classfiles (apart 4 or 5) of the common folder with all gio963tto ships (KM destroyers , escort and KT)

add2.default.ships.ini ONLY if you HAVEN'T installed the ships extension mod from western (that add new gun , arc of fire and torpedo)

add2.Ex.ships.ini ONLY if you HAVE installed the ships extension mod from western (that add new gun , arc of fire and torpedo)

From what I see from your log error I suppose that you have this one wrongly installed.....due the game search for them without finding.....

If trouble still occour please I'm olways here mate!!!

thankyou, friends!  :D
the advice has helped me to realise the problem.
by simply renaming this DD's folder to load before the other ships, has solved all my problems.
i misunderstood that part of the instructions, so yes, it is my fault entirely. :-[
now my navy grows bigger and stronger, thanks to your great new ships!
cheers mates!  8)

Yet another pack of aged skins, of the excellent Japanese destroyers created by Gio963tto, always remember to copy the original files before you superimpose these .. you never know ... I tried to reproduce the original insignia found on the net .. Epiphany good at all!

To @stanislao.
Your new skin works look great.
Rich photography and mood.

I find some wrong points historical at IJN paint rules in every times(before 1928 / 1928~1941 / 1941~).
Katakana letters ship names on both sides of hull are written ot erased , Destroyer Division number are , white lines on the chimney it shows Torpedo Squadron number, etc. etc.
I research and collect photos of IJN destroyers and escorts , buy texts , and I can know some of them.
I want to show you those data and rules, but my texts are written in Japanese.
I have to scan them and overwrite texts interpreted by myself to English.

OK dear western0221 if you send me the pdf I will gladly update the skins with the  correct insignia, according to the different periods of employment in the Pacific theaters of war .. the current skins are simply copied from images on Google browser ..!
See you soon.

This mod isn't working for me in 4.101 with 3.06 Modact. I keep getting a 70% CTD or not having the ships show up in my FMB. I have no other ship mods installed yet (My IL-2 went screwy) and relatively few other mods.  ??? I don't know what to do. Any help is welcome.  :-[

Ah...
Sorry, I forget which gio's ship MOD has the latest classfiles...
In installing that latest classfiles MOD over this pack , all may go well.

I dig-up classfiles, OK, latest one is Italy La Masa destroyers.

Dear SilverFox23o, the first thing to do is to download the original folder of Gio963tto that you can find on the first page of this insert, when you've correctly installed all the files, and added the relative lines in all folders  inside of the STD file  that is within the Mods folder ... (You must rea first the "readme" of Gio963tto) only then you can overwrite the new TGA texture over the original one  !!!
The first time it all seems too complicated, but you'll see that soon will become much easier and more intuitive ...
Have fun  !!
