Title: [MOD] Chichi Shima repainted by Whitecat

This is one of the best repaints I've done in terms of ratio quality-price. Only one texture original by Mixx, changed a bit the color that's all, took me less than 1 hour including research, but compare with stock one :)

Instructions to install:

- Delete previous folders of 00_whc_Retextured_Chichi
- Copy the folder 00_whc_Retextured_Chichi_v.1.0 into MODS folder.
- Add the lines in add_to_all_ini.txt to your MODS/Mapmods/maps/all.ini

If you want to use the missions you have already in these maps you have to change the 2nd line
of each .mis file from:

MAP ChiChi/load.ini

to:

MAP ChiChi/whc_load.ini

This is one that I have been waiting for a long to have. The stock map leaves a lot to be disired to say the least. I had always hoped someone would repaint it. Thank you Whitecat very much for this one. :)

Low flight a little improved as textures use zoom x2. Didn't try with Zoom X4 but Chichi si the kind of map you can zoom at max to get the best low fight rendering. And you have many unused textures slots so there is more to do with this map.

But good work man, this should be used as a stock map, to make disapear once for all the stock crap  :).

I found a guy that maybe could make us PTO/Korea houses and object. This could change forever the face of PTO maps.

Not sure mate, when I did initially this map I tried x2 for the textures and they looked too repetitive when you fly a little high. I think is better to keep it this way. Regarding the unused textures, I just kept the original map_T. This was literally less than an hour job, I wish all the maps had that ratio effect / hours dedicated to them :)
