- Position of the dead pilot is placed too far backward from the cockpit
- Is it possible to simulate (roughly at least) wing-warping? For example, is there possibility to create an angled axis and rotate part of the wing around it?
- Do you have any plans to update a FM? I thought the plane with wing-warping should have poorer roll characteristics (of course, I can be wrong).
Possible bug? The plane, when shot down, "floats" over the ground.

In reality you shouldn't really be able to do a roll in this plane, but thanks to Oleg and IL-2 physics it is possible. Few rough turns is everything that this plane should be capable of doing ;D
I could tune the roll behaviour a little bit but wing warping really isn't a possibility.
do you nhave a modded install? I am afraid to apply the hotfix and then i cant get it to work.
Yes, but when starting game there is shown loading progress in percentage on the bottom of screen. And on how many % loaded it exits?

The path is correct for my install, I've been installing for so long that if I asked about a ctd and it was because of my incorrect folder depth I'd have to commit seppuku out of pure shame ... ha ha
Anyway, a 20% ctd does not indicate an incorrect install or folder depth, at least if I am not mistaken it doesn't. Doesn't a 20% ctd indicate some kind of java problem?
Well, the install instructions say that you should delete or deactivate your existing #dbw_1916 folder
then obliviously do the update with the files numbered 1,2,3,4 by extracting them in that order into your game folder. I didnt tested other possibilities so maybe not deleting the original folder could lead to some troubles but not very likely.
my engine RPM just drops... Any ideas?See what key U assigned to magnetos. See first post/engine for ~% . Be sure to be on magnetos 1+2 (this is default).
