So that you can feel the 2400HP of the PW-2800 engines ( to replace the default lawnmower sound )

Is this work with 4.10 if I put it into the "MODS" folder? =D
(Because it's in the 4.09 seciton, and the post says "put it on JSGME" ^^"

(File structure 101) It is totally possible to take a mod that's made for JSGME and turn it into one that will go in your Mods folder and vice-versa.For instance on opening this mod folder you will notice a folder called files,if your going to put this into your mods folder you do not need the files folder.Open the files folder you will see two folders one called presets and one called Samples click on them and drag them to your desktop,now click back on your files folder and delete it.Next step drop the presets and Samples folder into the 000_Corée_Corsair_Sound folder now the mod that was originally designed for JSGME is ready for the mods folder.

When i tested it for 1st time i used C model...and it worked well :-X

Ah I see, thats why It wont wok for me.

Ok, you mean A&M for allison and merlin sounds. ok i have i too so this explain why i hear nothing.

Also ,when im using both mods,when i turn engine on p-51s off (in flight) i keep hearing motor

Yes I've tried all types of the Corsairs there are in standard UP2.01 set and I can hear only 'standard' sounds....

The sound is quite good!
I noticed a sound level difference between the startup and the running engine (the first is too high for me) but I can't say if this is due a difference between my settings and mod setting!
Anyway thanks for share!

I'm really intereted in your work because as you have pointed in the download name the F4U4-F4U4B-F4U5-F4U5N have a different sound from the WWII versions!!!

Bravo,
I downloaded this file and opened it using a free program called "SoftZipper". I check the "000_Coree_Corsair_Sound" directory and found files in the sub-directories. While I have not installed this mod yet, I think the download is O.K. I played one of the sample files and it sounds good. For some reason, a small number of downloads require SoftZipper to open them properly. See if SoftZipper helps you.

re-download and open with 7zip...or i'll just re-zip it as a winrar. but 7zip will save you time in the future

I use 7-zip by default: same error as Bravo.. :(

I had the same problem a while ago. I was using an old version of 7-Zip.
Go here: www.7-zip.org/ download and install 7-Zip 9.20.
I downloaded the new sounds and unzipped them yesterday without incident.
I almost forgot - thanks HISTO-Aymi, they sound great!

HSFX & SAS MA, Guys who have the Late Corsairs installed and have stock IL2 sounds for them even with Tiger 33's Fly By sounds, This Sound Mod Fixes that, thanks HISTO-Aymi for re posting this now valuable Sound Mod. ~S~ :)
