Problems
« Reply #12 on: August 17, 2010, 07:56:47 AM »

Magpie and All,
I installed the MOD in spite I already had the UP embedded one, the Ranwers cockpit, etc. I wanted to have everythinf in a single place.

After installing the MOD I didn't play the IL-2 for a couple of days. Later When I was playing, after 5 minutes or something like that of being in the air, my IL-2 used to shut down completely. The windows itself closed. I tested many different things to confirm what was causing that, and the only thing that finally solved the problem was placing a - before the MOD (disabling it).

So at least in Windows 7 with UP2.01 and many different MODs, this one has a problem.

  Regards,
                      Pablo

Are you running the Uranium effects mod? This apparently has a issue with the Silverplate mod - one of the very few that conflicts (read; only one that is known to us).

I think you means plutonium effects. And I know that's the problem, so you are only able to choose one of them unfortunatly.

I have been using this mod for a few days now and its great, but today when i started Il-2 up and flew this aircraft the bombardiers seat camera was glitched somehow and i cant figure out how to fix it. Other than that everything is working just fine.

A screen shot of what i mean.

Have you installed the Histomod Pack V3.0? I had seen the same after installing it. The B-29 Silverplate lost its bombardier position and that weird bombbay image (whi is only partially true) was shown instead.

If you confirm that I think that you should notify it to Freddy and the people of Histomod.

Maybe the Bombardier prefers to look out of the Bomb bay with his hair in the wind.

Well, i have not installed Histomod Pack V3,However when i downloaded the cockpit for the regular B-29 it does the same thing, so its not a problem regarding this particular mod but the cockpit included, or a mod that i have conflicting with bombardiers position.

Do you have Plutonium?
If so, try to disable it.

Why it's not compatible with Plutonium effects?
