Please help -- I'm stuck.  Per the installation readme:

Add to technics_ru after Tirpitz:

Bismarck                     Ger. 'Bismarck' (Battleship)



I do not have a properties file called technics_ru in my i18n folder within STD.  Any suggestions?

If you don't have a "technics_ru.properties" file then you have another one...
