Does anyone know how to contact him for permissions?

When I tried to send him an email through this website. His name stayed in the name box for 1-2 sec then moved to the offline status. I am not certain whether he is still active.

The FHSW Devs had ties in jap Channels to Tainan Crew and other jap Members,
I had to deal with them as a Battlegroup Moderator.
