Apart from the Caio Duilio these ships are imports, not new builds, so the process does not take so long, once you have worked out a work sequence.
As for whats next...................?

I have no definite plans beyond the Littorio Class, at present.
Maybe the next WIP theme will be Indian Ocean 1942 - British Forces.

Very intersting project... really! :)
Especially about RN forces.
I hope you'll come back again in the Mediterranean, or Atlantic theatre to increase british forces.

Well, if aircraft carriers are a possibility, why not introduce the Sable and the Wolverine...those served with distinction as training carriers on the Great Lakes... Or maybe some newer US cruisers of the Baltimore and the Cleveland classes...

In April 42 the Royal Navy had managed to assemble a significant force in the Indian Ocean, much of which was drawn from the Med. The Indian Ocean Force comprised 3 carriers, 5 battleships, 2 heavy cruisers, 5 light cruisers and 15 destroyers. Although not significantly powerful to stop a determined Japanese advance its presence ensured that only a large IJN fleet could safely venture into the area.
