CW-21B flight model off?

im flying around in the CW-21B airplane and the flight model seems a bit off, it handles like a WW1 biplane its crazy maneuverable can get up to 250mph and still move then i can move around at 70 mph, idk if the airplane is meant to do this or its off im doing it on the FAC server so am using UP3, Just an FYI to the people that it concerns

The Cw-21B was an acrobatic racer that the Dutch accepted Curtiss's proposal to strap MG's to...and then purchase for the DEI defences.  It was a "franken" fighter, much like the Caudron 714.  If you strap on the extra gun pack...it becomes a harder hitting pig.  You can propose a review of the FM if you wish.  That's above my pay grade...  Cheers and prost.
