I think he means this button...click Controls on the main menu to bring up the screen below. The button in question is "Reset as default" in the middle.


The wording is a bit ambiguous, but it resets all controls to the game's original default values. Use with care, as you might lose some settings that you made for yourself. As a precaution, I would recommend backing up your [game root]\Users\[Pilot Name]\settings.ini file on a regular basis.
