I just installed the complete BAT works until 3.7. Windows 10 64bit. Wow, what a package, thanks all involved !

Tracks play etc, finished setting of the joystick and keymappings. Edited only the picture size to 1920x 1050 in conf.ini.

It WORKS!, but every time i started a The Blitz SP game to try it, it ends with a plane crashing, and those words MISSION COMPLETED. What am i doing wrong?

I set up every game play setup property to easy BTW for testing now.

PS just saw there's an update for The Bliz to 3.6.2, but all i could find was the standard downloaded downloaded from https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,61106.msg673087.html#msg673087

I guess 3.6.2 is embedded already in the files?

Hi jackd,

Patch v3.6.2 is already included in v3.7. Upgrade to v3.7 and then v3.7.1 if you are at v3.6.X. Only the current version is supported.

Avoid the "Easy" settings. In my humble opinion difficulty settings in this game are a real mess and counterintuitive for new players.

Let me suggest alternative "easy/medium" settings:

Flight Model: All On except the first 2 or 3.
Weapon and stores: All On.
Views: All Off.
Icons & Map: All Off.
Misc: All On except "No Instant Success".

I think the problem you have is that you always start in the air. Try with the settings above and see if the situation improves.
