Not able to scale map up or down using mouse wheel

Hi community. just D/L vp,s "Fighting the Bombers" campaign. Cannot increase/decrease the map scale using my mouse wheel. Stupid point, but is that on purpose or another bug somewhere else? I had NG maps mod activated in my vp set up, and "-" it to see if that was problem but still the same issue. Scaling working fine on all other missions/campaigns. Many Thanks.
