The line that catches my attention is:

Since it only seems to be one single tree mesh, specifically located around cities, that looks strange, I'm wondering if it's Tree2.sim that's causing these ugly trees. I don't recall seeing this error in the VP Modpack, either, and the trees looked fine there.
