It's a strange bug, but whenever I try to start a mission with the B5N2 in taking off from an aircraft carrier, the camera doesn't start in the cockpit but rather looking at the horizon like... nothing. And I can't control the aircraft at all.
I've tried it with other carrier-based aircraft with no problem, but this seems to be the only plane with it. If anyone can help or so, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you talking about which game version / what mod environment B5N2 ?

Stock game's B5N2 was Non-flyable (AI only) from 4.07m to 4.11.1m .
Becoming Flyable was 4.12m time about stock B5N2.

Exactly, installing "AI Flyables" mod adds a cockpit on B5N2 of 4.08m to 4.11.1m .


And .... How about ground start of your B5N2 ? no problem with a proper cockpit ?

Just tested the ground takeoff with the B5N2, and it doesn't work either.

Okay, apparently it's worse because now I can't control the plane in general. I tried simply starting in the air and got the same result.

Not in QMB nor FMB. Doesn't start in the cockpit or anything.

I just removed the Fairey Battle from my VP ModPack installation and now it works!
