B.A.T V3.4 Linebacker - No Installer / Torrent download link

Hi, I tried to download the Torrent file for V3.4 Linebacker earlier, but when i went to the page, it showed the file was missing, then tried to do it manually, but the installer on it's own is also missing? Below is the message I recieved when trying to access both pages.

Something appears to be missing…
