Static.ini

When I'm building missions, I'd like to use static.ini, but in BAT, there is so much to choose from, I can't seem to find anything. Is there a guide to this file, that marks each object with a number?

In BAT, you'll find into each module folder (ie #WAW3, #TGA3, etc) some 'Static_list_FMBplus' text file with this kind of information, I guess.

you guess right about Static_list_FMBplus.

you can search better for terms, you get the number referenced that you can pull up in the FMB. Also, a lot of objects are grouped together in a useful way, like all humans, all flags, all vehicles, all plates... not 100% clean but quite helpful.

also: it is always the same object list over all four modules!

I’m using several versions of IL-2 (still loving the old 4.10) but BAT is by far the simplest and best when it comes to manoeuvering in the ”objects” part of FMB. That list mentioned plus the naming and the new logic is just great! 👍
