Bon Homme Richard Causing Problems

I loaded a map in FMB in JTW, and selected the carrier Bon Homme Richard. When I press the view button for the object menu, the top left corner of the FMB goes towards the middle of the screen. When I try to zoom in on the map when she is on the water, the sides and top of the screen turn black and I can only see a faint silhouette. I tried at least five other ships and none of them are having the same problems.

When the mission that contains the ship loads, I can only see a black screen with some light blue near the bottom of the screen, like a horizon.

As with many mods of the past few years, this one seems to exceed the stock game limits so you have to be able to run the game in "perfect mode" for your game to be ready to accept the high-poly 3D model.

Note: This won't work with CPU-integrated graphics solutions ("Intel HD") because you're stuck with DirectX in that case and there is no "perfect mode" with DirectX.
NoteĀ²: If you have a really ancient graphics card (we're talking about GPUs being 10 years or older in that case), this might not work either.
