Map templates?
« on: November 05, 2018, 12:59:50 AM »

Hi
For years I have been admiring map templates (mainly kurfursts - he has just made a marshalling yard over at M4T) but never known how to utilise them - is there a tutorial anywhere? Are they easy to add into a mission or map?
Cheers
Mick

uhm. They are simply mission files with no planes i it.

so, just open them in FMB and build your own missions with them.
Place aircraft, and all the FMB jazz :)

Load the map into your mapmods folder and modify your all.ini. Open up the unlocked FMB in map builder mode.

Load the template map. Select and copy the template from Krufurst's map. Open the map you want to modify without leaving the FMB. Paste the template onto your map. (You should paste it onto the same area in the same texture of course). Save your map.
