Dear Henkypenky,
thank you for your quick answer.
Couldn't you please check in QMB for instance whether the bombsight works correctly just by increasing the elevation.
Mine disappears in the bottom.
Regards.

Nice to have, thank you. Would the Lancaster pit not be more appropriate than the B17?

:D
The cockpit of the B-17 is not perfect. But I modified it to remove the turret that was behind the pilot.
If there is a cockpit not suitable for the Stirling, it is certainly the Lancaster's!
Take a closer look!
The Lancaster cockpit is fully glazed!
The Stirling has a cockpit with a "hardtop"!

Sorry to disagree with you Epervier, but the Stirling did not have a 'hardtop', the mod is not correct in this respect:

the original also had twin retractable tail wheels:

and a front turret while the model has the nose from a Mk IV Troop carrier.

Interesting!
In that case I hope a graphic designer will read you and make the corrections!  ;)

Since the Stirling was developed from the Sunderland flying boat (by removing the lower deck and boat hull) perhaps that pit with a fully glazed canopy would be the better match.

Don't know what reference has been used, but no Stirling ever had a hard top.

Yes, I used the external view of the "Plane" to choose a cockpit.
So if this visual is wrong... the internal view of the cockpit is wrong!
There is still a lot of work to do on this Mod.... All volunteers are welcome!  ;)

an immediate idea that comes to mind could be to paint the rear half of the "hard top" with windows that are closed with curtains.

Dear CWatson, dear Henkypenky, dear all,
I still have my bombsight disappearing in the bottom of my screen when I increase the elevation. I checked with the Lanc, bombsight works perfectly. I use WAW3 with NG-HUD Gold.
Best regards.
