Crashing at 60%

So I just recently trued to install LA CHUTE map for IL2 1946 and when I launch the game with IL2 Selector the game menu loads and crashes at 60% Can anyone help me?

Okay I got the log to run but its a very large file so I cannot paste it onto pastebin nor can I paste it here. Is there any solutions?

Too large for pastebin? That'd be more then 512kB, which means your game probably has a serious issue.
Anyway...
For pastebin you can try to paste the first 512kB only.
Otherwise, uploading the file to mediafire, Google Drive or any other file hosting service will do.

Are you sure you installed your game correctly?
The LOG seems to indicate that you no longer have an aircraft, vehicle or ship in your game!

What Epervier said: It looks like you've removed all airplane classfiles at least, i.e. in case of BAT it would look like your "Classes-ObjectsAir" folder is either empty or missing completely.

The guy who made the map included 4.13 SAS modact STD and XTD folders.



No map requires classfiles, only objects and textures.

If you are not familiar with maps you wont be able to install this because you would need to separate the included junk from the actual map files and collect all the object entries for the static.ini manually. The 'Universal static.ini checker' is a must for this operation. If the map includes any 4.13 specific object you would also need to use the sfs-extractor util to get those from the 4.13 files. Imho its best to reinstall vpmudpack vpmodpack and get BAT for this map.

You have replaced your air.ini file some how... ( 60% = planes ) ; further more losing planes entries should not crash your game; the corrupt air.ini tries to activate a plane you don't have (????!!!).

Planes and maps have nothing to do with each other. ( ..unless an attempt is made at new stationnaries ? )

Reintroduce your old air.ini if saved, plus plane.properties and weapons properties for good measure,
although these last two are not critical...

If you have not saved your old files: this is bad Karma!

If you have installed map through jsgme, reverse install and thus reintroduce the old STD XTD files, and recuperate the above files and may be some more. ( If two were activated, deactivate in reversed-same order... )

I do not operate 413; I have found #SAS_La_Chute_Winter__V3_1_413 contains an air.ini ( :P) ; and that was not an exhaustive search on my part.

PS: La_Chute_Summer_V3_1_HSFX7 contains five class files about flak/"vehicles" !
PPS: By the way that's only for "crash 60%"; next you may crash at 70% for other issues such as ships/vehicles/stationaries... to be reinstate as well.
       Further down the road, a Map may not save in FMB, if missing a single object.
