Bombsaway, I'm going to upload the new files this evening (in 4-6 hours).  I've got all the fields south of Izumi and on the east coast done.  That's all I'll do for now.  Perhaps I'll do the northern airfields later but I don't know if I'll finish that.

The new files are:
actors.static
load.ini
Map_T
Texts

The load.ini file has lines for the darker city textures which are included inside the _Tex folder. 
The folder sequence follows Whitecat's map files sequence.

*There are objects from the old Setouchi map that are needed to save missions.[/b]
Setouchi map should already be in your SFS files.  To fly on the Setouchi map, you may need to add Setouchi Setouchi_beta/load.ini to your all.ini file found in your Mapmods/Maps folder.

Wow I shouldn't say it because I did it :D but I love the look of that volcano long-distance in the last picture, the IL2 engine renders those textures nicely :)

Just curious, should I delete those aircraft shelter objects from the Setouchi map?

Or, as an option, maybe have an actors file without the aircraft shelters as a separate download.

The objects seem to be in VP Modpack so if you integrate it there, you are good.

For BAT users I can say, these two objects will be integrated along the new actors for this map.
