Hello,

I am currently running a modded game, v 4.12.2m SAS Modact v 5.3 and SAS AI Flyables v 5.3. I would love to add this plane to my game and have downloaded the flyable version but have a couple of questions. A friend of mine also downloaded the plane and tried to install it in his modded game, which is the same as mine. He tried using the 4.09 SAS FM but got a CTD at 70%. I have recently reread the posts and found the attachment for the 4.10 FM. Would this work in 4.12 since this is a newer version? Should I try installing the plan in 4.12 with the 4.10 FM and if so where (which folder) should it be placed? Or would the game crash again because the FM and game version don't match? Thanks for all your kind attention and help

I don't know if I can help NavyAce, but I'm running the same modpack as you are and I have it installed and flying perfectly. I used the flyable 4.10 unit.

Hi stoney69,

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm going to try it. I'm assuming the 4.10 FM overwrites the one in the download. Is that correct? Thanks again.

Replaced the DL Bombay FM that came in the Bombay FLY folder with the 410 FM DL (overwrote) and got a 70% CTD. You say that the plane works with the 410 FM. Where did you put it to get it to work?

I've gotten 70% CTDs with both the SAS 409 and 410 FMs using 4.12.2m SAS Modact v 5.3. Where are you guys putting the FM (which folder) to get this to work? Thanks.

I am using BAT. no idea, I can't imagine that making a difference here really. Strange, unless the FM references something outside itself that you're missing. But that would be unusual.

Yes. That's what I'm trying to do. But no matter which diff FM I use I'm getting the same 70%CTD. Where is the proper location for the FM? Which folder?
