How to make a trk?

How do i make a trk? I didn't found any key for this. A how can i post it as a video? Im sorry, but in didn'd found any answer to that.

Recording a net track (ntrk in that case) you have to press the "recording" key when you mission is running. IIRC the default key is simply "R".
Recording a trk file is done after running a (quick) mission where you have the option to save the mission track when the mission ends. This is pretty useless as "trk" tracks are missing relevant parts of the action.

As Mike stated you should record the track using the 'R' key (or re-program to a key you prefer).

To post it as a video;
1.  Download and install a video capture program (e.g. FRAPS is free, so is BANDICAM)
2.  Start your video capture program and then start IL2
3.  Start your track in IL2 and use the video capture program hotkey to record the track (this will give you an .avi file or .mp4 etc).
4.  Post your video.

I thought it might be possible to make videos direktly with il46. "R" does not workt for me but i need to make a video anyway. Many thanks!
