That "training" part of the HUD IMHO is not configurable.

For what it's worth - and this is just a personal opinion -  seeing that information doesn't bother me at all. It's like hearing instructions radioed by a sector operator. Very appropriate, especially in BoB missions in a Spitfire, Hurricane, etc.

maybe you can add that target info in the left corner in a bar over the box with digital info, right now is right in the middle of the screen,is just my opinion.

That bit of info comes from the Command and Control (C&C) mod. I understand you are running BAT. If you want to get rid of the messages open the mission with notepad and delete lines containing "CandC". You will that way remove the object and therefore the messages. I am not sure what exact object this is, there are so many gems in the C&C mod!

From the color and position it seems the message gets displayed in the same HUD slot than "Mission Complete/Failed", I am not sure though. From the BAT manuals, messages should only be displayed in certain situations and they should go away when you are close to that target. Check the BAT manuals - "Mission designer notes" for C&C details...

as other have explained this is part of the missiion design.

The maker of the mission places a radio controller, who is giving you direction to target by radio (since speech can't be modded in, it's by this text message). The mission maker wanted it to be like that so you can achieve your objective, it is radar directing fighters, like in real life.

It's an actual feature.

to get rid of it (although I could not know why you would do that in the first place, since that info is put there with purpose) you must edit the mission itself, as whistler pointed out. However, that's not without risk of damaging the mission.
