Problems with the editor

Hi , i start to have some problems when i open the editor ( to create a new map ) I use the 4.13.4 version with the Modact 6.40.
I use also the mapbuilding .
I hade used that one with the 4.12.2 + HSFX 7.0.3 and 4.12.2 with SAS Modact 5.30 and never i hade any problem, but now with that new version is no open.

That is when i open


And when make zoom:


and the only soluttion is exit for the aplication and restart and continue with the problem
Any one Know why happend that???

ok i have change the resolution from 1920x1080 to 1680x1050 and work! maybe can help that if some one have the same issue.

My computer is  I5 4460 with Asus GTX 1060 dual 6 GB and 16 Ram

I must say I've never seen anything like that, neither on 1080p nor on 1440p, with my i5-2600k + GTX 970.
