Thanks for this beauty 101tfs and please forgive me that I've edited to credits in your starting post, but it's important to note that the cockpit 3D work was done by SAS~GJE52 and the one who kicked off slotting this plane in fact was CWatson.

 I recommend changing the LOD from 10 to 100 in meshes GearL and GearR. That way the gear bay stays visible as you pan out.
