We have a similar mist phenomenon here, which has given rise in the 16th century to the ghostly myth of the 'Lady of Naun'.
On the other side of the Piddle Brook from my house is Naunton Court, a 13thC moated manor house, in which a lady of the house was brutally murdered and entombed in the thick walls of the edifice. Some say she is restless spirit grieving the loss of the population of the abandoned village of Sheriff's Naunton adjacent, lost to the Black Death.
As the mist rises at sunset and flows across the field towards us a cowled and draped figure can be seen manifesting and drifting towards us in the village. I have witnessed this apparition myself many times.
Cause is temperature variation due to heat generation of rotting vegetation in the water meadow creating vertical swirling eddies methinks..........or is it? o_O

Let's hope it, looks like fun....
Your goggles are Killer, stylish.
But I never enjoyed a shopping tour more than these days since Friday closed schools and
Babygartens (small human zoos) due to our strict communal quarantine regulations.
They have to stay at home and most of their accompanied Propeller Parents do the same.
Less people around.

Time to breath and just in time as Spring breaks.
Unusual for Male Humans, I have a tendency to do long shopping tours.
What I dislike there, cramped overcrowded stores, people stalking me, when I look around.

Yesterday I got me over to look for a new Belt, mine is overworn and I really found a
replacement. I'm happy with my new Belt.

This comes in time, as I have Holidays from work and time to beat.

Wishing you a nice Spring time, enjoy nature

Thanks for your words !

Euh... shopping ? these days, it becomes quite insane, with COVID-19 hysteria and peoples buying tons of toilet paper ! So ridiculous ! OK, epidemic, we must be prudent. No problem with it. We must push our governments to take action. But hysteria is nit necessary ! Personnally, I always say with actual events : afraid ? no. But angry, due to state's inaction !

It's been a while since I've posted pictures here.
The Covid-19 hype came upon all of us more or less, in my case I've been working in "home office" on 50% short-time work since mid of march.
I'm just about to return to the office in full time next week, so this seems to be the perfect time to share some pics of my frequent afternoon bicycle rides I've been enjoying in the meantime.
Friends of mine on Facebook have seen most of these pictures already as I've been updating them in realtime there, albeit in the usual reduced quality imposed by facebook.
Enjoy/skip/hate these, whatever you prefer...
