Dear tvister only a little problem:
in the Full Mission Builder the cruiser doesn't appear as "stationary ships" when I try to put it on the sea as stationary.
It appears in the window but pressing ctrl+enter it doesn't appear on the sea.
Any problem as moving ship.
Maybe the stationary.ini strings (or technics.ini) are wrong.

Remember, the lines of chief.ini are written in one file, but in different places, what and where to write is shown in the screenshot. But after all the problem remains the same  :(
I updated also java but nothing to do...
I will post the log but I think maybe it will be a little problem in some strings (stationary or chief1 or chief2).

Congratulations again on a great looking ship.

I have the same problem - Ship shows in FMB but not in game and Stationary ship shows in neither.

Sometimes this happens if entries are missing in the Gun Durability or User Defined Guns sections at top of ships.ini file?
Maybe you could show all the correct gun, torpedoes, searchlights entries etc. for the ship so we can compare if we have them listed at the top of the ships.ini file
