Where the Hell, the motor sounds for Bell 47
« on: November 01, 2017, 01:00:58 PM »

...so where the hell the engine sounds of current Bell-47 comes from ?

1- They are bmw6, the engine sounds of the FW-189A/ Fi-156/ Su-26M.

2- IF #DBW sounds are mounted, then engine start-ending of gm8 is added.  ( gm is not general motors ! Gipsy Moth, m8 ! ).

WARNING : changing sounds of Bell-47 will change sounds of FW-189A + and Gipsy Moth engine startup ends phase.
... until dedicated Bell47 sounds come along... ( new FM ).
That is why this mod is JSGME activated .   tested 412.2m SAS5.3

I did not edit any sounds, xept :   gm8_start_end_00.wav  ..which is used same as R-1340_Startup.wav.

WHAT THIS IS:   Flying sounds from Hueys, startup sounds from H-19D. ( Readme ).

...although not made/tested for BAT, note: Bell47 and FW-189A/Gipsies are two different eras in BAT...

Thanks for this Hubberanz.

It's nice to see the Bell 47 getting some well deserved attention lately. New sounds and skins all in one day. Nice.... ;D

Cheers,

New version, first post.   Replace but keep the old one, as it might still prove to work better for you.
