Hi Mike_J, Page 7 thru 9 of the Official Manual explains it all. Check point Charlie first then Operation Sealion next.

Unfortunately the airboost.ini does absolutely nothing for me. Performance at base is awful, in the air it improves to moderately horrible. Especially bad around airfields.

I suspect it's the map, not the campaigns, they don't seem too resource heavy to me. Would something like this be possible to make these campaigns more performance friendly??

Hello Monty,

discovered something after thoroughly testing. After installing Check Point Charlie, I decided to wait and try many things out before putting Operation Sealion in. Everything looked OK. Even after installing Sealion I was convinced the whole thing was all right. But, yesterday, I tried out FMB and noticed a lot of objects are weird. Russian vehicles without wheels, German medical truck with messed up colours, the same for the German Kubelwagen and even a few other vehicles totally invisible. But... as the manual of CPC states clearly, after reinstalling it back as a rescue measure and checking everything out without Sealion, all things were back to normal in FMB. I don't want to make a hasty conclusion, but could it be there is something going wrong in Sealion?

Best regards,

Jenato (also put this in Missions and Campaigns under Operation Sealion)

Hi,
Norton Security doesn't like the installer. After deactivation of Norton I was able to install Operation sea Lion but after I switched on Norton it removed parts of my BAT. Norton ignored my Settings not to touch the BAT Folders.
So I installed Operation Sea Lion by unzipping the Downloads to my BAT IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 Folder.
This seems to work. I tryed some missions, the skins and campaigns are wonderful! Many, many thanks!
MY QUESTION:
Do you think that my way of installing Operation sea Lion by unzipping the files will damage my BAT in some way?
Best Regards

just a quick question: when I install SeaLion manually, do I need to overwrite the mod folders (the classfiles folders in special) that came with CheckPoint Charlie or do these new mod folders for the modules REPLACE the old ones from CC?
