Yet another great conjuring Eldor !

Our museum was looking to obtain/restore a genuine Vietnam' Vet model, but it had no documentation and missing some important parts that wouldve made it basically a total rebuild ($$$$$$$)>

(cant attach images here????)

The Super Tweet was a fantastic combination of light weight and small, powerful j-85's - gave it an empty thrust-to weight  ratio similar to an F/A-18 !
Pilots loved it.

One little 'mentioning" with your sweet mod - if you are taking off from a carrier (CV), you have to hit the 'extend wings' key or you will go into the drink @!
The model doesn't show the wings actually folded, similar to the canopy not actually opening.
Awesome type to practice juet landing on carriers !!
Keep up the excellent work !!!

Enjoy this little bird. Few minor announces, canopy doesn't open on the outside, she tends to bounce around a bit on the ground but I'm sure that will be taken care of with it's own slot. However, has anyone else noticed this, when the "tweety" is installed, my F2H has a "double cockpit", one behind the other, when viewed from the inside. From the outside she looks ok. Wonder if it has anything to do with it using the Seahawk slot? Just curious. Anyone else experienced this?

It is in the works, but you'll have to be patient ;)

For those interested, I'm working on the loadouts right now. This requires a lot of weapon hooks to be placed exactly (at least if it shall look good in the end :P). I think that I don't need to mention that this is a lenghty and quite tiring task.

On top of that I also had to modify the pylons a little which resulted in incorrect positions for all weapon hooks I've placed so far .. *shivers*

I really appreciate you doing this Skylla and by all means take as much time as you need.

I'm confident the end results will be well worth the wait. ;)

Cheers and thanks again,

Skylla is working on it.
As he explained before, the Tweety carries a lot of different weapons, resulting in endless combinations of hooks to be placed right.
This takes some time.

Here at SAS we have an express service for those in a hurry.
It's rather cheap, the daily rate for each modder is just $950 plus expenses, think about it.

Best regards - Mike

A few words on the progress:
  • Hook placement is finished. However, the sheer number of hooks brings another problem I still have to get rid of.
  • FM is in progress right now.
  • In code there's still a few things missing here and there, but most of it is done.
I hope this answered some questions ;)
