Very nice... but...
There's one thing that bothers me!
The magnetos and prop pitch controls are too dark!
I don't even see them in the sun!
A light grey or almost white color would be better... for my old eyes!  ;)

For 4.09 Rebels .
How return it back to donor 4.13 version
1 Delete classes from Mod
2 Rename folders in \3do\Cockpit   from  Bf-110C_4133 to Bf-110C and Bf-110G_4133 to Bf-110G Textures_Bf-110_4133 to Textures_Bf-110
3 After renaming In folders Bf-110C and Bf-110G check all Mat files for correct cross references to textures. (Correct path to texture)

Sample:
TextureName ../Textures_Bf-110_4133/bizotri.tga    Must be changed for TextureName ../Textures_Bf-110/bizotri.tga

and so on......

After be ready for use in 4.13 

But  Do It Yourself  because i don't have installed 4.13.

For me, under 4.13.4 your cockpits seem to work properly without any changes. Changing paths in mat files (there are a lot of them) when new versions appear every now and then seems to be pointless. It's better to wait for the final version.

Greif your new cockpit textures are fantastic, and the idea to rise the cockpit line of sight is excellent. But now there is one last thing to do, to adjust the recticle, because now it goes out of sight.

Gunsight no need correction just hit button "look through gunsight". Aim camera position left untouched.
