These are the Torrent Downloads of all C.U.P. Modules.
They contain these parts/files:

• Module 3 (World at War), lasting from Part 01 to Part 22 (27 Files)

• Module 5 (The Golden Age), lasting from Part 01 to Part 06B (7 Files)

You need a Torrent Client in order to download the files using this Torrent, some Torrent Client links are listed below:

We've taken a few measures to make distribution easier and to ensure long lasting vital torrents:

• We're not relying on public trackers anymore to get Torrent Clients connected to each other.
  Instead we're running 3 trackers on our own now, only running to keep SAS Torrents alive.
• The Torrent files come with file hashes included (that's why they're a little larger than before, still less than 1MB altogether).
  That way even when all trackers are unreachable for some reason, Torrent Clients can still find each other using the "DHT" (Distributed Hash Table) mechanism.
• We are starting with two seeding stations, together they offer an upload bandwidth of about 50MBit/s.
  If you cooperate and keep seeding at least until you reach an upload:download ration of 2:1 this should get our torrents started quite fast.

Please note that some of the files have a different name and size compared to the original parts offered for download from Mediafire.
The reason is that in this big Torrent package we've sticked to the naming conventions of the very first C.U.P. release, including the "rar" compression type.
The content of the files is the very same like the Mediafire Downloads.

If you should have downloaded previous C.U.P. Torrents before, you can simply stop them and run this Torrent "on top", in the same download file location.
That way you don't need to re-download all the unchanged parts from your old Torrent (that's very effective since existing parts remained untouched).
Even if you're right in the middle of downloading an old Torrent right now, you can stop it, load this Torrent and continue with it in the same place instead.

A big thanks to our seeders!
The torrents are running fine.

As we can see on our trackers, 6.2TB of data have been transferred between seeders and leechers so far, that's about 50 successful C.U.P. downloads on day one of the torrent release (half of the transfer is downloads, the other half uploads - naturally ).
There'll be a little more successful downloads since many torrent clients nowadays use DHT to manage their traffic without having to involve the trackers once they got the peers announced by the tracker.

Unfortunately only about 10% of the downloaders stay in the swarm for seeding to others, but that's still sufficient to serve the downloaders well as we see.

Hi guys,

Just for your information, the Torrents are running for nearly two days now and we've transferred 16.5TB of data already.
That's roughly 150 C.U.P. installations which have been distributed through these torrents.

Thanks a lot to all seeders!

At peak times (6PM - 10PM GMT) we're still in lack of seeders, so please let me remind you that Torrents are a give and take thing.
If everyone stays in the swarm until he seeded back at least what he downloaded, we'd be much better off.
If you stay in until you seeded twice the data you got, then you're a true contributor to C.U.P.

...and another update with another big thanks to our seeders!

The Torrent is running for nearly 6 days now and so far 65.3TB of data have been transferred.
That's more than 550 full complete C.U.P. Downloads with all Modules withing these 6 days.
This puts the few bug reports back in dimension btw...

It's safe to call C.U.P. a huge success story.

Good time for a small update.

We have reached a transferred data amount of 197TB on our torrent so far.
That's roughly 1.700 CUP installations worldwide.
If you would have asked me, I didn't even know we're still that many active IL-2 players around.

That much about certain Ignoramuses pretending that modding was "merely a tinkering hobby for a small crowd": Crawl back into the whole which you came from

I keep my torrent downloads for 2 weeks usually. But CUP files will remain active in my mTorrent until they are updated again. Not 24/7 of course, but 10-15 hours per week (up speed unlimited) are guaranteed, unless I'm off for long trip.

CUP has been replaced with B.A.T. (Battlefield-Airborne-Tactical) here at SAS. It is a great mod! Regards

Hi ! I'd like to ask some questions about installing this mod . If this is not the right topic to ask , please forgive me ; I didn't do this purpose . Not only I am new here , but also the other topic about the steps was locked .

I have just installed IL-2 (in Win7 if it matters) and of course I have never installed any modification for this game , so I a bit anxious !
I looked in the topic which states the steps to install the mode (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,47647.0.html)
However there's been some time since then and a few updates have been made .
So , if I am not wrong , I still follow exactly the same steps as in the above topic , but I suppose I must take care of the following , right ? :
(1) Rather than updating the clean install of the game to the version 4:12:2m , I should update it to the latest one which is 4:13:4m .
(2) Instead of installing the SAS Modact 5.3 (which was for the version 4.12.2m) , I should install the SAS Modact 6.4 (which as I see is for the version 4:13:4m) (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,55051.0.html)
(3) The files for the 5 Modules (MME , DOF , WOW , JTW , TGA) remain the same as linked in the step-by-step topic (mentioned at the start) .
(4) At the end I still replace the Il2FB.INI file .
(5) Any other change ?

And one more question :
(6) The torrent file contains the latest version of the files ? If not I can still download the files separately but I am asking just in case .
