Have the same issue in BAT 3.5, tried this fix, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to have any affect.

Maybe because you didn't install the fix correctly.
I don't know the BAT pack.

Whoops, my bad Epervier.
I retract my earlier post #96, Bat 3.5 does not have this issue when in perfect mode.
My config.ini somehow had HardwareShaders=0, put it back to 1 and all is O.K.
I'm sure your fix works fine where required.

in both 409 and 412 ModActs, no problems.

Full realism would require dousing one's self in Avgas and lighting it on fire when you get shot down, but no one ever demands that...
